Call or visit the Parish Office during business hours

• Pick up a registration form at one of the entrances to the Church, fill it out, and either
  • Put it into a collection basket at Mass or mail it to the parish office
  • or drop it off at the office during business hours.
• Open the online (PDF) version of the form- download it to your PC and either
  • Print it and mail it to the parish office
  • Print it and drop it off during business hours
  • Print it and place it in a collection basket at Mass
  • Attach it to an email to the parish office
