- Jr. CYO February 19, 2012
The Jr. CYO (Grades 6-8) will meet in Nazareth Hall Sunday, February 19 at 11:15AM. It is never too late to get involved. We encourage students and parents to join.
- Souper Bowl Thanks February 11, 2012
Special thank you to the CYO students from Our Lady of Peace, Chelsie Delperuto, Kaithlin Haskell, Cory Rolince and Brandon Franklin for volunteering to collect for the Souper Bowl of Caring project. Thanks, too, to the parishioners who helped us raise $231 during this event.
- Special Guest Speaker February 7, 2012
Mr. John Maestri will be sharing a slide presentation and discussion with our 6th, 7th and 8th grade students and teachers in Nazareth Hall Sunday, February 12, 10:00 – 11:15AM
Mr. Maestri organized a clothes collection and then traveled to Haiti in July, 2010. He brought the clothes and assisted in the rebuilding efforts following the earthquake that devasted that country in January, 2010. All parishioners are welcome to attend this presentation.
- No Children's Mass February 7, 2012
There will be no Children’s Mass Sunday, February 12. The new date will be announced at a later date.
- A Note of Appreciation February 7, 2012
I would like to personally extend my appreciation to Confirmation I students Erin Cregan, Corey Rolince and Brandon Franklin for volunteering in our time of need. They are teaching the fourth grade Faith Formation students. They will continue to work with the students at Our Lady of Peace throughout the year. Thank you. “Mrs. L.”
